Lavs

Please specify year of your home, size parameters, color, brand and type of lavatory preferred, i.e. wall hung, pedestal or with legs, undermount or built-in and any other requirements.  Does it need to have mixed hot and cold water or separate?  It is helpful to send photos of other fixtures in the bathroom or other lavs in the house.
